Casa Co is a real estate team that needed a strong and simple brand identity package to connect with their target market of luxury home buyers, real estate developers, and first-time home buyers. In addition, they required initial marketing materials to support their property listings and establish a professional presence.
Solution
I designed a brand identity system for Casa Co with a focus on luxury and reputation. The brand guidelines is flexible in order to speak to multiple audiences. The brand package includes visual designs, a new logo, and a starting brand strategy.
Additionally, I created their initial marketing materials, including business cards, signage, and email signatures, to support their professional image.

Process
To kick off the brand design process, I first took the time to understand the company’s goals and vision. I held strategy sessions with the owner and marketing consultant to learn about the company’s history and target audience.
Once I gathered all the necessary insights, I began designing the brand’s visual identity.

Design
I drew inspiration from luxury and finance brands like Christie’s Real Estate and Compass to inform the brand’s design direction. The chosen fonts, colors, and icons needed to feel elegant and strong while conveying a sense of wealth and prestige.
Finally, I used the completed Casa Co brand concept to develop the essential marketing materials that the agents needed.



Outcome
The redesigned brand and marketing materials positioned Casa Co as a luxury real estate leader, attracting high-end clients while maintaining an approachable feel for first-time homebuyers. Project deliverables included logo design, font licensing, stationary materials, marketing materials, and branding guidelines for teams to be able to apply new branding in practice.
